What we store

Account details (name, work email), the content you add to boards (tasks, comments, files), and basic technical logs needed to run and secure the service.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data, show advertising, or use the content of your tasks to build profiles.

Where it is stored

In data centres located in the European Union. Backups are encrypted and kept for 30 days.

Cookies

The app uses a session cookie to keep you signed in. This public site sets no cookies and loads no third-party scripts.

Your rights

You can view, export and delete your data. Workspace admins can export or delete the entire workspace under Workspace → Data.

Retention

When a workspace is deleted, its content is removed from live systems within 7 days and from backups within 30 days.
